System Terms Log

Introduction

Hello and Welcome to our System Terms Carrd!

This card was made by The Sunny System ( Bio here! ) and The Forgetmenot System ( Bio here! ).

This is a growing database of community sourced terms for systems. It's here in order to help others find terms to best express and explain their system to others if they so choose. Only major difference compared to other System term logs is how it actively avoids endogenic sourced terms, ideas, and ideology, since the endo-community is heavily based on misinformation and cultural appropriation.

Anyway, we you hope enjoy our log <3

However, if the outside person they're arguing with continues arguing as well, they may likely stay in front to continue arguing back. Often, they are inserting themselves into the arguments because they felt personally attacked in some way or the argument or person upset them in some way. Their goal is not to protect themselves or anyone else in the system, but to try to have their feelings and opinions on the matter heard. This can but doesn't have to include system members who may sometimes purposely and personally mess up relationships outside of headspace that they deem "not important", "not worth while", or they believe is somehow harmful to them and maybe even the whole system, even if other system members don't agree that this is the case.

Moneotien
A system where one member fronts almost all of the time and other members act as advisors when they’re not fronting. This does not mean they never front, just that they are not as likely to. A Moneotien system would usually have one member front at least 80% of the time, though this is not a hard and fast rule.

Often trauma holders and / or introjects, they may hold feelings of an environment so bad they felt as if the body was dying, or represent an escape; in some cases, they may hold memories of their own death.
